We hereby outline our refund policy, providing customers with the option for a refund within the initial 30 days of their purchase. At Taranta Art, ensuring your satisfaction is our foremost priority.
 
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE 

  1. Taranta Art assures the authenticity of the works on its website to the best of its knowledge and abilities. Taranta Art relies on the authenticity guarantees given by the source of the works and cannot be held liable for its accuracy. Buyers are advised to conduct their own verification of the artwork. 
  2. The Buyer may, subject to conditions given in the below clause, raise a claim challenging the authenticity of the artwork within one month from the date of invoice. 
  3. In order to successfully raise a claim to challenge the authenticity of the artwork, the provisions are under this clause: 
    1. The buyer shall be required to produce examinable proof clearly demonstrating that the work is deemed unauthentic by an established and acknowledged authority. 
    2. The work must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase from Taranta Art. 
    3. Any expenses incurred by Taranta Art in recovering the amount under the below policy shall be borne by the buyer.

    If the buyers claim to challenge the authenticity of the artwork as per the above clauses successful, the buyer shall be refunded the final purchase price.

Eligibility for Refunds 
  • Your artwork must be in the same condition as it was shipped. 
  • If the artwork is damaged in a significant manner, no return will be accepted.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • No third party claims are possible.
Late or missing refunds 
  • In the event that your refund has not been received, we advise you to first review your bank account. Following this, please reach out to your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. 
  • If, after completing these steps, you have not yet received your refund, kindly contact us at for further assistance. 
Return-Shipping 
  • It must be sent to the relevant addressas stated on www.taranta.in. For further information contact us via email. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Notwithstanding the aforementioned, it is hereby clarified that the responsibility for the secure conveyance of the returned item rests solely with the sender, acting of their own discretion and Taranta Art shall not be liable for the same.
